It's clematis 'blue lights." I saw it online a couple of years ago and had to order it. It took a couple of years to get established enough to bloom well. This year, for the first time, I have tons of blooms. It climbs a peach colored climbing rose that I have. The rose will start blooming soon and the blue and peach look great together.

I live in historical neighborhood in Indianapolis. I have a small yard in which I have traditionally planted perennial flowers. I love to cook and I want to eat more locally grown organic produce, so I decided (GASP!!!!) to dig up a part of my flower garden to plant fruits and vegetables. In this blog, I will share what I'm learning along the way.
What is the blue flower at the top? It's simply gorgeous!
